Provision of latrines for labourers :– Every person employing workmen, labourers or other person exceeding ten in number shall provide and maintain for the separate use of persons of each sex so employed latrine of such description and number and in such position, as the Health Officer may by notice require, within such time as may be fixed in the notice.
