Preparation of list of persons licensed :– The Executive Officer shall, from time to time, cause to be prepared and entered in a book to be kept by him and to be open to the inspection of any person interested therein, a list of the persons to whom during the then current half-year, a licence has been given and of the carriages, carts, horses and other animals in respect of which they have paid the tax.
