(l) This Act moy be called the Orissa Merged Shon title, andTerritories' Petition Writers' Continuance of Licences meat. Act, 1956.* (2) It extends to the whole of the merged territories of the State of Orissa. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July
