Subject to the provisions .of this Act, the Corporation shall have power- p o ~ m or the Corporation. (a) to acquire and hold such property, both movabIe and immovable, as the Corporation may det m necessary for thr performance of any its activities, and to lase, sell, exchange or otherwise tmnsfer-any propwty.held by it on such conditions as may be deemed proper. by the Corporation.
