Granting of Copies :– 1[The Commissioner] shall grant copies of proceedings or other records, of his Office on payment of such fees and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed. Copies shall be certified by 1[the Commissioner] or such Officer as may be authorised by him in this behalf in the manner provided under Section 76 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872).
