(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the * Regulations may provide for all ar any of the FolIowiag matters:- . . (a) the manner of co-opting persons as members of the Counci1,theconvening asd holding of meetings of the Councll and its Commitlees, the time and pIam at which such meetings shall be held and the condad of business thereat; . , , , (6) the constitution, powers and duties of the Committees spec5ed id section21 (c) any other ,function not specified in this Act to be performed by the Chairman ; , , - . , (dl the conditions of retogaition of institutions for the puposes of admission to the privileges of the Council including its e>-aminatjons ; . . I (e) the admission of institutions to lhc privilege of recognition-and the with- drawal of =gaition ; . CT) the sjaadds of staff, equipmeat, accommodation and other facilitim any a t e d institution ; (g) the couises of study includillg- practical idning, if any, and ~ e - period ' thereof, and the medium of instruction, the eligibility for admiss~on of students to the courses of study in different branches of ~ i g h e r Secon- i e a ~ & t i o ~ ; !
