(1) The University may, from time to time, prepare its fees structure in accordance with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the Regulatory Bodies depending on the course in which the students seek admission, subject to adherence to the fee control regulations of the State Government as applicable to Universities. (2) The University shall not charge any fees, by whatsoever name called, other than for which it is entitled under the provisions of sub-section (1). (3) The University shall implement a Scheme for providing concession in fees payable to the University by the students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes community, Economically Weaker Sections and women from the State of Odisha.
