Apportionment of costs of town planning scheme w ithdrawn or not sanctioned-In the event of a town planning scheme being withdrawn or sanction to a preliminary town planning scheme being refused by the State Government, the State Government may direct that the costs of the scheme shall be borne by the Authority to such extent as may be determined by the State Government.
