Use of lands and buildings in contravention of development plan -After the coming into operation of any of the development plans in any area no Ji)er~on shall. use or permit to be used any land or building in that area otherwise than in conformity with such developmenl plan : P.rovided that it shall be l~wful to continue the use upon such terms and cond1t1ons. as may be prescribed by regulations made in this behalf of any land or building for the purpose and to the extent for and to which it is being used upon the date on which such development plan comes into force. s. 21) 0 .
