Section 74

Disobeying order of the Court

Disobeying order of the Court.- Any person who disobeys any lawful order of the Court shall be liable, on conviction before a Magistrate, to a fine not exceeding five hundred rupees, and if he is a manager or a guardian appointed by the Court, to a fine not exceeding one thousand rupees.
