Application by proprietor himself.- A proprietor may apply to the State Government to have all his immovable property and such part of his movable property as he may specify placed under the superintendence of the Court, and the State Government may, on being satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest that such property should be managed by the Court, make a declaration to that effect and order the Court to assume the superintendence of such property.
