(1) The Board shall appoint the Director, Curriculum Development, t l ~ c Director, Examination and also the other ofimts of the University as referrod to inclause (viJ of Section 8, for such period and on' srtch terms as may be . prescribed by Statutes. (2) The Director, ~urricul& Ikvclopmtnl. the DirectorJ Examination and the other oficers shall excrclge such powers and perform such duties as mny be prescribed by Statutes.
