Power of Veterinary Surgeon to hold post mortem.- Subject to such Rules, as may be prescribed, the Veterinary Surgeon may make or cause to be made a post mortemexamination of any animal which at the time of his death was infective, or is suspected to have been then infective and for this purpose he may cause the carcass of any such animal to be exhumed.
