Duty of certain persons to report scheduled disease.- Every owner or person in charge of, every person bringing into the State of Orissa and every Veterinary Practitioner who has been called to treat an animal which he has reason to believe to be affected with a scheduled disease, shall forthwith report the fact to the Inspector exercising powers in the area.
