Abolition of Area Councils. (I) Section 23 to Section 42 of the Principal Act shall be deleted and the Area Councils be abolished. (2) Subsequent to the abolition of Area Council, all assets and liabilities of the Area Council shall be the assets and liabilities of the State Government.
