Time for seekingPermission for certain existing Paramedical Institution If any person has established aparamedical institution or any Paramedical institution has opened anew or higher course of study or b-aining or increases, the admission capacity, such person or Paramedical 1 institution, as the case may be, shall seek within aperiod of one year h m the commencement of this Act, the permission of State Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
