Recognition of Paramedical Qualification in certain cases. Where any Paramedical Institution is established or any Paramedical institution opens a new or higher course of study except with the prevision permission of the State Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act, no Paramedical qualification granted to any student of such Paramedical institution shall be a recognized Paramedical qualification for the purpose of this Act.
