Convening of meeting 1) The President ofthe Council shall call and fix the date of every meeting. 2) All meeting ofthe Council shall be either ordinary special. 3) All notice of every meeting specifying the time and place thereof and the business to be transacted thereat. shall he dispatched to every member fifteen clear days before an ordinary meeting and seven clear days before a special meeting. 4) No business other than that specified in the notice relatingthereto, shall be transacted at ameeting expect with the permission of the Chair.
