President and Vice-President of Council: Hon'ble Mister for Health & Family Welfare will be the ex officio chairman of the council. 1) Commissioner & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Nagalandwill be the ex-officio President. 2) Principal Director, Health & Family Welfare, ex-officio- vice-president. 3) All President andvice-President shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by this Act or regulations there under.
