Whenever it is made to appear to the District Customary Court, on application made or otherwise, that it is expedient for the ends of justice that any particular suit or case be transferred from one Subordinate District Customary Court to another Subordinate District Customary Court within the same district or any case pending before any Subordinate Court within the District or any case pending before any Subordinate Court within the district be transferred to its own court, the District Customary Court may pass order transferring such cases recording brief reasons for the order passed.
