(1) The District Customary Court after hearing parties to the appeal shall pronounce judgement in open court, either at once or as soon thereafter, as may he possible on a date to he fixed for the purpose. (2) The judgement passed on appeal by the District Customary Court shall contain the points for determination and the decisions thereon with reasons thereof. (3)The District Customary Court in disposing of an appeal may allow such evidence or document to be produced or witness to he examined, as considered necessary for the ends of justice.
