In case where in the opinion of a Customary Court there is sufficient ground for proceeding under Section 44 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and immediate prevention or speedy remedy is desirable, such court shall refer the matter to the Deputy Commissioner who shall on such reference being made to him, take such action as he considers necessary under the said section.
