Whenever there is any likehood of breach of the peace or whenever any person accused of any offence involving a breach of the peace, or of abetting the same or any person accused of committing criminal intimidation is convicted of such an offence by any Customary Court and such court is of opinion that it is necessary to require such person to execute a bond for keeping the peace, the matter shall be referred to the Deputy Commissioner who take necessary action in accordance with law.
