Every Ward Committee shall have the duty to; Duties of the Ward Committee (a) Produce the Ward Plans in amanner consistent with the Municipal Plans and complete this exercise within the time specified by the State Government. (b) Prepare the Ward Budget in accordance with the Ward Plans and complete this exercise within the specified by the MunicipaLTown Council; (c) Encourage local-level alternatives for implementation in all theareas that the Ward Committee has responsibility for, (d) Ensure optima1 collection of all revenue sources as specified in the Schedule.
