In section 21 of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001, forthe existing sub-section (3), the following sub-sectionmay be substituted, namely:- "(3) Member of Lok Sabha from Nagaland, member of Rajya Sabha from Nagaland and members of theNagaland 1egislativeAssembly in accordance with article 243R(2)(a) (ii) and (iii) of the Constitution of India; and"
