In section 9 of theNagaland Municipal Act, 2001, forthe existing sub-section (3),the following sub-sectionmay be substituted, namely:- "(3) Member of Lok Sabha from Nagaland, member of Rajya Sabha from Nagaland and members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in accordance with article 243R (2) (a) (ii) and (iii) of the Constitution of India; and" Amendment of Section 21.
