Election to constitute Municipal Council /Town Council: (1) An election to constitute Municipal Council or Town Council shall be complete: (a) before the expiry of its duration specified under section S or ) before the expiry of a period of 6 (six) months from the date of its dissolution. (2) The first election to a Municipal Council or Town Council shall be held within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of its constitution.
