Municipal Fund: There shall be constituted for each municipality a Municipal Fund to be called: (a) In the case a municipal council, the municipal fund of the Municipal Council, and (b) In the case a Town Council, the municipal fund of the Town Council. to be held in a Trust by the Municipal Council or the Town Council, as the case may be, for the purpose of this Act and all the moneys realised or realisable under this Act and all moneys otherwise received by the Municipal Council or the Town Council, as the case maybe, shall be credited thereto.
