Functions and Powers of Urban Station Committee: Subject to the financial resources at the disposal and organisational capacity of an Urban Station Committee, the Government may, by notification, assign any of the functions and powers of Municipal Council or Town Council to the Urban Sation Committee, as maybe specified. 83 C.
