Premises not to be used for keeping animals, birds etc. without licence. No person shall, within the municipal area, use or permit to be used any land or premises for keeping horses, cattle or other quadruped animals or birds for transportation, sale or hire or for the sale of the produce thereof without or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Chief Officer of the Municipality on payment of such fee, as may be detei mined by rules or regulations.
