Registers to be maintained.- The Chief Officer shall maintain two separate registers in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed, containing the following information, namely:_ a. one register shall contain 'premises wise' information of the non- residential uses; and b. one register shall contain such information, on the basis of different 'non-residential user group,' for factories, warehouses, medical institutions, educational institutions and others, as may be prescribed.
