Matters to be provided in Town Planning Scheme.- Subject to the provisions of section 375, a Town Planning Scheme may, provide for all or any of the matters, which may be provided in a Town. Improvement Scheme and also for all or any of the following matters, namely:- a. the allotment or reservation of land for roads, open spaces, gardens, recreation grounds, schools, markets, industrial and commercial complexes, green belts, dairies, transport facilities and public purposes of all kinds; b. undertaking housing schemes for different groups, development of commercial areas and industrial estates, provisions for community facilities like schools, hospitals and similar types ofdevelopment;,and c. such other matters, no inconsistent with the objects of this Act, as may be prescribed. 429
