Termination of Service. The Council may terminate the service ofany employee otherthanthe Registm/DeputyRegistm, a h d u e to enquirygiving such employee fair opportunity to explain as to why his services should not be terminated. The Council may impose any other giving such employee a show cause notice. The Council may, with the previous sanction of the Government terminate the service of the RegistrartDeputy register as per the procedure laid down under the Public Servants (Inquiries)Act.
