Resignation. (a) The Registrar may resignhis office by giving three monthsnotice in writing to that effect to the President and such resignation shall take effect h m the date of acceptance of such resignation by the council. If he leaves his ofice without giving any notice as aforesaid, he shall be liable to deposit an equivalent to total emolumentspayable in lieu of such notice. (b) Any other employee ofthe Council may resignhis office by giving one month notice in writing to that effect to the Registrar if he is temporary, and three months notice ifhe is permanent and such resignation shall take effect om the date of acceptance thereof. In the case of failure to give required notice, the employee shall be liable to deposit an amount equivalent to total emoluments payable in lieu of notice period.
