Functions of RegistrarlDeputy Registrar. The RegistrarlDeputy Registrar Shall Perform statutory functions as prescribed under the Act and these rules. Further, he shall conduct and have charge ofthe correspondence of the Council and shall - issue all requisite notices in the manner required under these rules. As Executive Officer ofthe Council, he shall be the competent authority to sanction all financial transactions. The Registrar or any other officer functioning as Registrar or his nominee shall be authorized to lodge complaint in the Court cases onbehalfof the Council with the assistance of an advocate.
