Disposal of seized articles on conclusion of trial When the trial of any forest offence is concluded, any forest produce in respect of which such offence has been committed, shall, if it.has been confiscated be taken possession of by a Forest Officer specially empowered in this behalf and shall be disposed of in such manner as the Court may order.
