(1) The Government may, by notification for the purpose of this Act, establish a Board by the name of the Nagaland Housing Board. (2) The Board shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and enter into contract and may, by the said name, sue and be sued.
