(1) There shall be the following whole time Directors who shall be appointed by the Pro Chancellor: (i) A Director for operations in the State of Nagaland; and (ii) As many Directors as required to be fixed by regulations for looking after the operations outside the State ofNagaland. (2) The Directors shall not hold office beyond the age of 62 years. (3) Their other terms and condition shall be as per regulations. Powers and function of Directors.
