Records: (i) Each Water Users' Association shall keep at its ofice of the following accounts, records and documents, namely:- (a) An up to date copy of this Act (b) A map of the areaof operation of the farmers' organization along with the map of the siructure and distributionnetworks prepared in consultation with the Deparbnent; (c) a statement of assets and liabilities; (d) minutes book; (e) books of accounts showing receipt and payments; (f) books of accounts of all purchase and sales of goods by the Associations; (g) a register of measurement book, level field books, work orders and the like; ) copies ofaudit reports and enquiryreports; (i) all such accounts, records and documents as may be prescribed h m time to time. (ii) the books of account and other records shall be opened for information to the member of Water Users' Association.
