Appeals: (i) A party to a dispute or difference aggrieved by any decision made or order passed by theExecutive Committee ofwater Users'Associationmay appeal within 15 days to theExecutiveCommittee of the Co-ordination Committee and in absence of the Co-ordination Committee, the Executive Engineer of the concerned division whose decision shall be h a l . (in Any party to a dispute or difference aggrieved by any decision made or order passed by the Executive Committee of Co-ordination Committee may appeal to theExecutive Engineer of the concerned division thereof shallbetid. i Any appeal made under sub-division (i) or sub-section (ii) shallbeprefmed within 15 days of communication of the decision of the order to the person aggrieved.
