Accounts and audit: (I) The Naga Hospital Authority shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prpare an annual statement of accounts including the balance sheet in such foiiu as the state government may by rules prescribe. (2) The accounts of the Naga Hospital Authority shall be audited in such manner as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf. (3) The audit report shall be forwarded to the state government and the state government shall cause the same to be laid before the State Legislative Assembly.
