Budget of the Naga Hospital Authority: The Naga Hospital Authority shall prepare in such form and at such time every year as may be prescribed by rules in respect of every financial year showing its estimated receipts and expenditure and forward to the State Government such number of copies in a manner as may be prescribed by rules.
