Proceeding of meeting to be deemed to be good and valid: Unless contrary is proved every meeting of the General Body or the Board shall be Deemed to have duly convened and held and all members of the meeting shall be deemed to have been duly qualified when the minutes of the meeting have been Signed in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
