Vacancies etc., not to invalidate proceeding: No act proceeding of the Co-operative Society, Board of any office constituted or Appointed under this Act shall be questioned on accounts of any vacancy in the Membership or any defect in the election or qualification of the president or Chairman, Vice President or Vice chairman, Director, Delegated or Representative or Any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merit of the case.
