Constitution of the Commission: (1) The State Government shall, by notification, constitute a body to be called the Nagaland Backward Tribes Commission. (2) The Commission shall consist of a Chairperson and two Members, out of which one shall be woman. (3) The office of the Commission shall be at Kohima.
