Definitions: In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Backward Tribe" means any of the backward tribes recognized as such by the State Government. (b) "Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Nagaland Backward Tribes Commission. (c) "Commission" means the Nagaland Backward Tribes Commission. (d) "Government" means the State Government of Nagaland. (e) "Member" means the Member of the Commission. (f) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Commission. 355
