After expiry of the period specified in the notification issued under Section 3 and after considering such objections and suggestions as may be received before such expiry and making such enquiry, if any as may he necessary, the State Government may by another notification issue, declare the area specified in the notification issued, under Section 3 or portion thereof to he a market area for the purpose of this Act and that marketing of all or any of the kinds of agricultural produce specified in the notification issued under Section 3 shall be regulated under this Act in such market area.
