(1) The State Government may, by notification, and. in such other manner as may be prescribed, declare its intention of regulating the marketing of such agricultural produce and such area as may be specified in the notification. (2) A Notification under sub-section (1) shall state that any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government within a period of not less than forty five days to he specified in the notification, shall he considered by the State Government.
