Prohibition of allowance other than those prescribed under this Act. No trade allowance or deduction, other than prescribed by trade or under this Act. shall be made or received by any person in any market area in any transaction in respect of notified agricultural produce and no civil court shall in any suit or proceedings arising out of any such transaction, have jurisdiction in regard to any, trade allowance not so prescribed.
