Bar of jurisdiction on Civil Courts. (I) No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle. decide or deal with any question, or to determine any matter which is by or under this Act required to he seuled decided or dealt with. (2) No court shall take cognizance of an offence under this Chapter, except upon a complaint by the Managing Director or by any other Officer authorized by him in this behalf .87. Redressal of dispute between Private Market/Consumer Market and Market Committee. I) Dispute between the Private Market or Consumer Market and Market Committee, shall be referred to the Managing Director or Member Secretary or any officer authorized by the State Government in this regard. The dispute shall be resolved after giving both parties a reasonable (opportunity of being heard, in the manner prescribed. (2) The decision given by the Authority under sub-section (1) above shall he final and shall not he called in question in any Court of law.
